Deliver What You Promise

Every project has a scope and a deadline agreed upon before work begins. Knights honor that agreement. If you commit to a date, you deliver by that date — no exceptions, no excuses.

Confidentiality Is Non-Negotiable

You will have access to proprietary business systems, financial data, and internal processes. All client information is strictly confidential. Sharing, discussing, or leveraging client data outside the scope of your project is grounds for immediate removal.

Communicate Proactively

If something changes — a blocker, a scope question, a timeline concern — raise it immediately. Silence is not a strategy. The earlier a problem surfaces, the easier it is to solve.

Fair & Honest Scoping

When you scope work, be honest about the effort involved. Inflating estimates erodes trust with clients and undermines the platform. Your reputation is built on accuracy and integrity.

No Shortcuts That Compromise Quality
