Every project has a scope and a deadline agreed upon before work begins. Knights honor that agreement. If you commit to a date, you deliver by that date — no exceptions, no excuses.

Confidentiality Is Non-Negotiable

You will have access to proprietary business systems, financial data, and internal processes. All client information is strictly confidential. Sharing, discussing, or leveraging client data outside the scope of your project is grounds for immediate removal.

24/7 Responsiveness

We're always available on a video call with 10 minutes' notice — your assigned engineer, or someone else on our team, will always respond.

Accountability Over Excuses

Knights own their work end-to-end. If something breaks, you fix it. If you made a mistake, you acknowledge it and course-correct. Blame has no place here — only solutions.
